Flower subscriptions 2026

This is a new page: please do let me know if something isn’t clear - you can reach me at steph@englishvillageflowers.co.uk

How it works

I’m introducing flower subscriptions for the 2026 season! I think these would make a great Christmas gift - or to celebrate any other occasion in the next few months. This option makes it easy for you to get local sustainable flowers regularly in a re-usable container, at a bit of a discount from a wrapped hand-tied bouquet.

To avoid single-use packaging, I will be supplying subscription orders in pickle jars which you can then leave out for me to collect when I bring your next subscription order. They would be suitable to display the flowers in if you are happy with a slightly rustic look, or of course you can transplant them into a medium-sized vase. The pictures on this page are of similar-sized arrangements in similar-sized vessels.

You can buy a subscription as a gift or for yourself. You can also pay upfront, or pay as you go.

The specifics:

  • Each subscription bouquet costs £20, including local delivery.

  • The jars are clear glass, unlabelled and around 14 cm high and just over 9 cm in diameter

  • You’ll always get at least 20 stems. These will be a mixture of what’s looking best in the field. If you have any particular colour preferences, you can let me know.

  • Subscriptions are available for delivery to my usual local area, which includes Swindon, Marlborough, Devizes, Calne and their surrounding villages. If you’re not sure, please do ask.

  • Delivery day will usually be Saturday. As a one-person business, there will be a small number of weekends when flowers are not available, and some cases where I will need to change the delivery day. These will be clearly indicated on this page with as much notice as possible.

  • There will likely be 20-25 weekends where bouquets are available, from approximately late April to mid or late October 2026, allowing for occasional weekends where I am not available.

How to order

You can sign up for a subscription by filling in this form, either for you or for someone else. If you select ‘pay as you go’, there is no commitment to buy a certain number of bouquets.

Once I have checked the delivery address is in my catchment area, I will let you know payment details (currently this is by BACS; alternatively, if the flowers are for you, you can pay cash on delivery). If paying by BACS, you can pay upfront for the whole subscription, or you can ‘pay as you go’, with payment due two days in advance of any given delivery. If you indicate that the subscription is a gift, I’ll send you a gift certificate pdf file which you can email to the recipient or print out and give to them.

You, or the gift recipient, will then be able to use my ‘subscription date selector’ form to choose delivery dates. You don’t need to select all the dates up front; you can use the form as many times as you like throughout the year. If a gift recipient might have trouble using a web form, please let me know and we can come to an alternative arrangement.

Already a subscriber? Select your date(s) here

If you already have a subscription (of any kind), please use this form to request a bouquet delivery date. You can select more than one date at a time. Your bouquet will be delivered to the address supplied when you set up your subscription. Please let me know in the Notes field if you would like to change the address.

To make this as sustainable as possible and to keep costs down, please remember to leave your reusable jar out for me to collect.

Please submit your request at least two days before the delivery date. There is no need to submit a long time in advance; I have populated the first couple of months to give an idea of how the form will work. I will of course release later dates nearer the time. I may also be able to release earlier dates.
